CANCELLATIONS OF TOURS & PACKAGES EXCLUDING AIR & TRAIN TICK
If you wish to cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. The refund you will receive will be based on the time of cancellation:
– More than 30 days before the Tour/Travel date: Full refund minus a small administrative fee.
– 15-30 days before the tour/travel date: 100% refund.
– Less than 24-48 hour the tour/travel date: No refund.
